Thanks Trevor!

(frank) it’s nice to have a blogger who is interested in the team. 👍🏼

Let’s hope the boys pull up their socks and help Vladar get the W.

Yeah he's not looking good.

Any way we can trade him and pick for Tuch?

I call Richardson “Bad Richardson”.

He proves me wrong every time I point him out.

So Trevor it say the Flames have no injuries does that mean Ritchie is a healthy scratch?

They have to be thinking buyout if he doesn't get going.

I bet he’d be in against his former team if he was healthy. Knee stuff takes a while.

Thanks @DuranDuran! Lots of hockey left, but it’s so relieving to see the Flames playing like they are.

This is the highest pace game so far this season. Two teams on a back-to-back too. Wow.

Kylington is looking so much better in his puck battles in the corners. Makes Tanev’s job easier when he doesn’t have to do all the work.
That was the one major area I thought he needed to work on.

He’s playing with so much confidence. Not just throwing the puck at the net. Valimaki take note, keep your mouth shut and wait for your opportunity.

It's just the whole thing about third-string goalie for a 3rd round pick. Comes in and plays with confidence and calmness. I remember seeing that when kipper came in and was playing the same way. I was young then but still I remember the same style and calmness. It will be amazing if we find another kipper in Vlader I know it's too early as he's only played few games, but i notice he is not scrambling all over. He is calm and solid position wise

We’re you that kid that used to dress like Kipper and mirror his movements? That kid was awesome.

I bet Green is fired after this Canucks/Blackhawks game. Beat by the coldest team in the NHL after weeks of no response from bad losses.

Um, there are a lot of negative things you can say about the Blackhawks, and you went with the one thing that doesn’t work. They have 5 wins in their last 6.

There aren’t really any similarities between the two. Kipper was a pretty small guy who relied on athleticism and tried to make saves. Vladar is a monster who plays the modern way of goalieing where it’s all about positioning and putting yourself in position to have the puck hit you. Kipper was also traded for for a second round pick not a third.

There’s also almost no chance he’s sticking in Calgary long term if he keeps this up. Markstrom isn’t going anywhere.
